American Parkinson Disease Association, Inc. - www.apdaparkinson.org  The APDA provides direct patient and caregiver support.

Connecticut Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association - www.ctapda.org - Connecticut APDA Center Coordinator Donna Diaz provides education and information about support groups in Connecticut (877) 282-7328.

National Parkinson Foundation - www.parkinson.org - Founded in 1957, the NPF seeks to improve the quality of care for people with Parkinson’s disease through research, education and outreach.

Parkinson’s Disease Foundation - www.pdf.org - the PDF funds research to find the causes of and a cure for PD, and supports people with Parkinson’s, their families and caregivers through educational programs and support services.
